Cancelling a booking
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours the booking may be charged in full, as the bay is held for you.

Rescheduling
Reschedules are subject to availability. Gold members receive one free reschedule and flexible cancellation.
Late arrivals
Your bay is reserved for the time you booked. If you arrive late, your session ends at the original finish time so the next booking starts on schedule.
Events and groups
Private events and large groups may be subject to separate terms confirmed at the time of booking.
